Tidy Genies offers convenient in-house laundry services, allowing you to free up valuable time. Our team will handle your washing and drying needs right within your home, ensuring your clothes and linens are fresh and clean. Please note that while we provide the labor and equipment usage, customers are responsible for supplying their own laundry detergents and any specialized cleaning products they prefer.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

What if I am not happy with the job?
Will I get the same cleaner all the time?
We understand the value of consistency and strive to assign the same cleaner to your home for each appointment. While we make every effort to fulfill this request, please note that it’s not always guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, scheduling conflicts, or staffing changes, may occasionally require us to assign a different qualified cleaner. Rest assured, all our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and trained to uphold our high standards of service, ensuring a consistently excellent clean regardless of who is assigned.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Customers may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations will incur a $50.00 fee.
Will I receive compensation if your cleaner damages anything in my office or home?
