This allows us to tailor our cleaning approach and product selection, providing a safe and sparkling clean for your entire household.  

We accept Cash,Credit Cards, Checks (There will be a charge of $30.00 for any returned check)

Tidy Genies offers convenient in-house laundry services, allowing you to free up valuable time. Our team will handle your washing and drying needs right within your home, ensuring your clothes and linens are fresh and clean. Please note that while we provide the labor and equipment usage, customers are responsible for supplying their own laundry detergents and any specialized cleaning products they prefer.

 Tidy Genies typically provides all necessary cleaning supplies to ensure a thorough and consistent clean. We use high-quality products that are effective and safe for your home. However, we understand that some clients may have specific preferences or sensitivities. If you prefer that we use your own cleaning supplies, please inform us at the time of booking. This allows us to accommodate your requests and ensure a personalized cleaning experience that meets your exact needs

  For your complete peace of mind, Tidy Genies maintains both liability and bonding insurance, ensuring your property is protected.  
  If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, please let us know so we can address your concerns promptly.  

 We understand the value of consistency and strive to assign the same cleaner to your home for each appointment. While we make every effort to fulfill this request, please note that it’s not always guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, scheduling conflicts, or staffing changes, may occasionally require us to assign a different qualified cleaner. Rest assured, all our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and trained to uphold our high standards of service, ensuring a consistently excellent clean regardless of who is assigned.

Customers may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations will incur a $50.00 fee.
